| Thomas J. Hurley, Jr. was
an associate with Holland & Hart, the largest law firm in the
Rocky Mountain Region, from 1987 to 1992. One of his primary practice
areas was international transactions and the related immigration issues
resulting from international corporate mergers and acquisitions. In
1992, he began his own practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado concentrating
on a broad area of immigration matters. |

He has extensive experience in obtaining nonimmigrant visas
for professionals and investors. In addition, he is highly regarded for
his work in obtaining labor certifications and lawful permanent residence
status for a broad range of skilled workers within the State of Colorado.
Mr. Hurley is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, El Paso
County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association
(AILA). He received his B.A. degree from Colorado College, his MAT from
Notre Dame, and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver.
