The USCIS must approve some in advance before being reviewed and issued by the State Department; others are only reviewed by the State Department. TN/TD	NAFTA professional workers: Mexico, Canada
U	Victims of crimes who step forward to assist law enforcement investigate and prosecute cases of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking and other crimes
